2. How to I determine the freight charges?

Orders in excess of $200. with be shipped free of charge. Freight on orders below $200. will be based on the chart below:

3. How do I do Returns & Exchanges?

If you use the information provided on each product page to measure your pet properly, before ordering, returns and exchanges can be avoided. Only items in new and unused conditon will be refunded (less shipping and a 15% re-stocking fee). Original packaging and documentation are required. 

Exchanges are not subject to a re-stocking fee. Damages due to freight or defective product need to be reported within 5 days of receipt of product.If the product is defective, return it to us along with the original packaging and documentation for full credit, including return shipping. Please contact us before returning an item for shipping instructions and a Return Authorization Number. We cannot insure a refund without this.

4. What if my pet damages the bed?

Although these products are durable, they are not indestructible. We cannot be held responsible for damage caused by your pet.

5. On which currency are your charges based?

All Orders and Shipping charges are based on United States Dollars.
